Mr. Goldsmith focuses on assisting clients with strategic change; the implementation of large scale operations initiatives. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 enterprises to high-growth organizations transitioning through various 'inflexion' points, and have included well known branded businesses and market leaders - primarily in the Entertainment and Technology industries. 

Prior to joining Business Value Associates, Mr. Goldsmith was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Entertainment, Media and Communications Consulting Group. Mr. Goldsmith has also held management and business development positions with entertainment and consumer products companies, a major university, and was a key player in several entertainment technology ventures.

Mr. Goldsmith received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, where he graduated second in his class and B.S. degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
